Where do we ship to?
We ship within Germany and to the following 34 countries - of course free of shipping costs. Other countries please ask our customer service before.
We ship to Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Chile, China, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Finland, Greece, Hungary, India, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Malta, Malaysia, Mexico, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Russia, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom and United States.
How long will it take to arrive?
Due to the special nature of the products and the sometimes complex production, we need up to 2 working days to ship the order. The delivery itself will take about 2-3 business days. However, we usually ship on the working day following your order, provided you have ordered by 18h. This results in a maximum delivery time of 3-5 working days. We have no influence on possible delivery delays within individual countries and ask for your understanding if it should take a little longer. However, by means of the tracking code, which you will receive after shipping, you will always be well informed.
How much are the shipping costs?
We always ship free of charge.
Due to the special relationship with our printing partners in the individual countries, we can work with a low shipping cost and sometimes very short shipping distances. Therefore, this service is of course free of charge.
Can I track my order?
By providing your email address in the order process or at checkout, you will receive detailed shipment information. This way you will also receive a message by email about the expected delivery and you can also change the delivery day and delivery location if necessary. By providing the email address, you agree to share it with the shipping service provider. Otherwise, you will not be able to use the aforementioned service.
Who will deliver my order?
Within Germany we rely on our partner DHL. In all other countries the local postal & shipping structures are used.
My package is missing: If a package is lost or missing, please contact our customer service. Missing packages will be resent if possible; otherwise, we will refund the appropriate amount unless otherwise stated.
In the rare case that the package is damaged: please accept the package and contact our customer service within three business days. We will refund the unusable product or send you a new one.
If we have difficulty delivering a product from your order, we will send you an exact equal or better product as a replacement. If this is not possible, you will receive a refund.
Our delivery times are approximate and not binding. Holidays may extend the delivery time.
All of our product pictures are examples and show a product at the time they were taken. The appearance of products and other packaging or accessories may vary from time to time. We are always trying to keep the pictures up to date.
