After you have paid your order, you will receive an automated order confirmation from Vieler Photography by e-mail.
This order confirmation contains the following information:

Order number
List of ordered products
Quantity of ordered products
Unit price of the respective article
Delivery address
Billing address
Payment instructions

If you do not receive this order confirmation within 2 hours after your purchase, please check the spam folder of your email program. If you do not find a confirmation in it either, please contact our customer service.

Often email addresses are entered incorrectly or the delivery address is not clear. Mostly little things lead to the fact that the confirmation is not sent correctly by the system.
Please contact us at any time if you have any questions regarding your order or order confirmation.

We will immediately take care of any problems that may arise and correct the relevant data if necessary.

Please note that we only have offers in stock for a limited time and in limited quantities, so that a delivery will only be made in quantities customary for households.

Return of goods
In the rare case that you are not completely satisfied with a delivered product, please contact our customer service immediately. Together we will find a solution.

Refunds will always be made in the same way as the amount was paid to us.
This means that for security reasons we can only send the refund amount to the card or account from which the payment was made.

If you wish to cancel an order, please return the order confirmation to us with a request for cancellation. Alternatively, you can return the received and unopened goods to us within 30 days of receipt of the goods. In this case, please note that the costs of returning the goods to our returns depot are to be borne by you.

Please note the cancellation policy at the end of the purchasing process and that we do not take back products that we have procured exclusively for you.
